Once you've selected an option, we send confirmation details by email including pickup instructions, insurance documentation, and direct contact information for your coordinator. Payment is arranged via bank transfer or card, with a security deposit collected at vehicle handover and returned after inspection.
Vehicle handover includes a thorough orientation covering controls, features, fuel procedures, and return protocols. For chauffeur arrangements, you meet your assigned driver and discuss preferences regarding route selection, in-vehicle temperature, and communication style. Throughout the rental period, support is available for questions, adjustments, or assistance. Return procedures are handled efficiently with minimal wait time for deposit release.
